Millicent V. Hearst - wife of Randolph Hearst
According to Wikipedia Alice DeLamar was the lesbian heiress to Joseph Raphael De Lamar. She was a relatively important supporter of the arts, helping fund plays by Mercedes de Acosta. DeLamar also donated some of her land in Palm Beach, Florida to the Audubon Society in the 1960s
Louis J. Horowitzr - Built many of New York Cities skyscrapers in the early 1900's
Lake Worth to the Atlantic Ocean
The two little islands in Lake Worth could be spoil islands indicating the digging of a channel leading to the Bolton Estate
It's my best guess that most of the regular pencil markups found in the atlas were made in the late 1940's. On the few sheets that have red pencil markups, like this one, that they were made a couple decades later
1341 S. Ocean Blvd. sold for ~95 million dollars in May 2021
The 2003 built home, named Pietra Mare, is located on what would be the lower quadrant of the Bolton property - From S. Ocean Blvd. to the Atlantic. Here's a link to a Palm Beach Daily News article about the sale

Built around 1920 for Chester and Francis Bolton stands on this property and had an original address of 1300 S. Ocean Blvd. The estate has been subdivided with ~200' oceanfront sections on both the North and South sides and the land West of S. Ocean Blvd. parceled out

The estate once had 800 feet of oceanfront and went from the Atlantic to Lake Worth. Landmark preservation status saved the house, however the property West of Ocean Blvd and sections to the North and South were subdivided

Indicates the Realtor had an Exclusive on Louis F. Bader property for sale at $250,000.
Also indicates that DeLamar bought the oceanside section of the Hearst property
